Understanding your rights shouldn’t be complicated. The Community Leadership Initiative (CLI) teaches everyday Americans how to safely and legally navigate encounters with law enforcement. From traffic stops to search and seizure, CLI breaks down the Constitution into practical, real-life tools for high school students, college students, and community members. Taught by a real police educator, this program bridges the gap between officers and citizens, reducing fear, confusion, and unnecessary conflict.
